General Contracting:

  Mark Eberhardt Contracting provides general contracting services encompassing every aspect of your project.  From bid to final approvals, we have the capabilities and the contacts to design, estimate, price, schedule, and complete any work.   MEC has worked with qualified subcontractors all over the United States.   We also are familiar with hundreds of Building Departments and their respective codes.

    We take pride in the interaction between Mark Eberhardt Contracting, the Building Departments, and the Building Owners.  We are able to smooth the transition between customer requirements, code requirements, and Landlord requirements because of the relationships we develop.

    We are familiar with current building materials, their logistics, and their installation requirements.  Since one of our goals is always the second or third project for our customers, we spend extensive time reviewing customer provided material policies and installation.   This way, we are scheduling the work for completion - not delays.
